In an effort to enrich the lives of our employees and enhance team cohesion, Quanzhou PASSION organized an exciting team-building event from August 3rd to 5th. Colleagues from various departments, along with their families, traveled to the picturesque Taining, a city renowned as an ancient town of the Han and Tang dynasties and a famous city of the Song dynasties. Together, we created memories filled with sweat and laughter!
**Day 1: Exploring the Mysteries of Jangle Yuhua Cave and Strolling through Taining Ancient City**
On the morning of August 3rd, the PASSION team gathered at the company and set off for our destination. After lunch, we made our way to Yuhua Cave, a natural wonder of great historical and cultural value. The prehistoric relics and artifacts unearthed within the cave stand as a testament to the wisdom and way of life of ancient humans. Inside the cave, we admired well-preserved ancient palace structures, feeling the weight of history through these timeless constructions. The marvels of nature’s craftsmanship and the mysterious palace architecture offered a profound glimpse into the splendor of ancient civilization.
As night fell, we took a leisurely walk through the ancient city of Taining, soaking in the unique charm and vibrant energy of this historic place. The first day's journey allowed us to appreciate Taining’s natural beauty while fostering a relaxed and joyful atmosphere that strengthened understanding and friendship among our teammates.
**Day 2: Discovering the Grand Scenery of Dajin Lake and Exploring the Mystical Shangqing Stream**
On the second morning, the PASSION team embarked on a boat trip to the Dajin Lake scenic area. Surrounded by colleagues and accompanied by family members, we marveled at the striking water and Danxia landscape. During our stops along the way, we visited Ganlu Rock Temple, known as the "Hanging Temple of the South," where we experienced the thrill of navigating rock crevices and admired the architectural ingenuity of ancient builders.
In the afternoon, we explored a stunning rafting destination with clear streams, deep gorges, and unique Danxia formations. The boundless scenic beauty attracted countless visitors, eager to uncover the mysterious allure of this natural wonder.
**Day 3: Witnessing the Geological Transformations in Zhaixia Grand Canyon**
Venturing along a scenic trail in the area felt like stepping into another world. Next to a narrow wooden plank path, towering pine trees soared skyward. In the Zhaixia Grand Canyon, we observed millions of years of geological transformations, which imparted a deep sense of the vastness and timelessness of nature's evolution.
Although the activity was brief, it successfully brought our employees closer together, deepened friendships, and significantly enhanced team cohesion. This event provided much-needed relaxation amidst our demanding work schedules, allowing employees to fully experience the richness of our corporate culture and reinforcing their sense of belonging. With renewed enthusiasm, our team is ready to dive into the second half of the year’s work with vigor.
